Foot Pressed Grapes

What’s better than being enveloped in serenity nestled within rock grottos towering over white sand beaches at the Baja Peninsula’s southernmost tip where the Sea of Cortes meets the Pacific Ocean yet steps away from downtown Cabo San Lucas?

The fact that Grand Solmar Land’s End Resort & Spa is the only resort in Cabo San Lucas that’s now offering a complete hands on grape-to-bottle  wine making experience. Sommelier-led tastings involve sippin’ & swirlin’ a selection of 6 wines paired with Mexican-inspired hor d’oeuvres.

3 hour sessions offered every Wednesday, 2pm at Grand Solmar’s La Roca Restaurant runs the gamut from pressing grapes barefoot as the ancient Romans & Greeks did centuries ago to cellar tours and lessons covering racking and a wine’s typical aging process.
